WF RECYCLE-TECH is pleased to announce that FARREL POMINI, a member of HF GROUP, has acquired majority ownership of the company, increasing its stake from a minority ownership position established in 2021
This milestone further strengthens the collaboration and accelerates the global commercialisation of WF RECYCLE-TECH’s patented tyre pyrolysis technology.
WF RECYCLE-TECH, based in the UK, has developed a patented pyrolysis system using Farrel Continuous Mixer (FCM™) technology from FARREL POMINI. This system efficiently recycles end-of-life tyres into valuable products like recovered carbon black and oil, advancing circular economy efforts and sustainable material solutions.
