Hosokawa Alpine AG announced the integration of its German subsidiary, Hosokawa Solids Solutions GmbH, into the parent company from 1 October 2026. This move is a part of the ongoing transformation programme that hopes to strengthen collaboration across the group and expand its integrated process engineering offering
The integration will bring together sales and service expertise at Hosokawa Alpine’s Augsburg headquarters, helping the company to deliver more comprehensive turnkey systems by bringing together its grinding, classification and compaction technologies with Hosokawa Solids Solutions’ expertise in storage, conveying, weighing and dosing.
Hosokawa Alpine explained that the integration would strengthen the company’s economic foundation and allow it to deliver projects more quickly through closer cooperation across the group.
Most employees at the Schwabmünchen site will be offered roles within the Hosokawa Group at Augsburg, while individual arrangements will be developed for the remaining staff. The company’s Spanish subsidiary, Hosokawa Solids S.L., is unaffected by the changes, and the Hosokawa Solids brand will continue.
