Jula Holding AB Joins Enviro Committee
The Nomination Committee of Scandinavian Enviro Systems AB has now been formed in accordance with the principles established by the Annual General Meeting. Following the directed share issue (private placement) in the autumn, the ownership structure of the company changed, and this is reflected in the new Nomination Committee that has been appointed, in which Jula Holding AB is represented. At the same time, Michelin’s representative takes over as chairman of the Nomination Committee.
