The Gothenburg District Court has approved Scandinavian Enviro Systems AB’s request to extend its ongoing company reorganisation by three months, pushing the process out to 27 August 2026

The reorganisation began on 27 February 2026, following an initial ruling by the Gothenburg District Court. Johan Sölveland of Ackordscentralen has been appointed as the reorganisation administrator throughout the process.

Enviro says the extra time is needed to complete ongoing negotiations on long-term financing and to finalise a formal reorganisation plan.  According to Enviro, work on the plan is progressing as expected, with a preliminary estimate that it could be presented during August 2026. The plan will be accompanied by details of how its implementation will be financed, and will include a proposed write-down of the company’s debts.

Enviro’s early assessment is that non-priority creditors could be offered payment equivalent to at least 25% of their claims, payable three months after the reorganisation plan becomes legally binding. The company stresses that this figure is preliminary and could change before the final plan is submitted.

The company reiterated its earlier view that the steps taken during the first phase of the reorganisation have laid the groundwork for a successful outcome and a sustainable long-term capital structure.
