Eurotools is marking six years of its online operations, highlighting its development from an e-shop for industrial knives and wear parts into a platform preparing to introduce new digital tools for industrial customers
Eurotools was launched with the aim of making it easier for customers worldwide to find and purchase replacement knives and wear parts for industrial machinery, including tyre recycling machinery, with a product range that includes shredder and granulator knives, screens, hammers, cutting tools and other industrial spare parts.
As part of its next development phase, Eurotools is preparing a new digital platform, myEUROTOOLS.com, which will bring products, quotations, orders, documents and machine-related information together in one workspace.
The planned platform will include AI-powered search, allowing customers to find suitable parts using machine models, OEM references, dimensions or product descriptions, even when they do not know the exact product number.
Eurotools is also developing an updated version of EUROTOOLS.EU, with improvements to product information, machine compatibility, multilingual content and the quotation and ordering process, which aims to reduce the time customers spend searching for parts and exchanging emails, while making relevant technical information easier to access.
The anniversary message also acknowledged the role of customers, suppliers and partners in the company’s development, with Eurotools stating that their feedback and continued cooperation support its efforts to improve product availability, service and technical support.
The company said the milestone marks a point in its ongoing development, with further digital improvements planned to make sourcing industrial replacement parts more efficient.
