SIGNUS Ecovalor has announced a new tender process for the selection and contracting of service providers for the recovery and valorisation of end-of-life tyres (ELTs)

The tender, launched through a request for proposals, forms part of SIGNUS’s ongoing efforts to ensure the efficient and compliant management of ELTs within Spain’s circular economy framework.

Tender documentation will be made available via the SIGNUS’s official website from 13 April 2026. Interested parties can submit their applications between 13 April and 21 April 2026 at 14:00. In cases where an accreditation audit is required, applications must be submitted no later than 16 April at 14:00.

The submission of formal offers will take place between 20 April and 24 April 2026 at 14:00, exclusively through the PROCURA DIGITAL platform.

The full tender specifications are outlined in two key documents: the administrative conditions (PCA) and the technical specifications (PPT). Additional documentation required for the application process includes submission guidelines, a standard application form, a guarantee commitment and proof of legal capacity to operate, and is available on SIGNUS’s official website.

The tender will be structured into multiple lots, covering different ELT valorisation services, although full details are provided within the official documentation.

Through this process, SIGNUS aims to strengthen its network of authorised operators and ensure the continued development of sustainable and traceable ELT management solutions, in line with regulatory requirements and environmental objectives.
