The Chinese, state-owned Vanlead Group, Southern China’s largest tyre manufacturer and a major international tyre industry player has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Enviro. The agreement is the first step in the process of creating a turn-key recycling plant in China – construction is due to start in 2017.
