Enviro EGM agrees to Michelin pyrolysis plant arrangement
Enviro Michelin Deal Confirmed
At an EGM on the 9th February, Scandinavian Enviro System’s deal with Michelin announced on February 8th 2021, was unanimously agreed to by the shareholders.
This confirms the much discussed and promoted collaboration between Michelin and Enviro to build a mining tyre pyrolysis plant in Chile and for Michelin to have the right to build further pants in agreed territories, in return for which Enviro will be paid a commission on each plant.
