DRI Buys LRP

US-based DRI Rubber buys LRP Solutions and plans to offer a broader scope of products and services. This will secure DRI Rubber’s market leading position.

DRI Rubber Acquires LRP Solutions

DRI Rubber, the leading producer of Fibre-reinforced Rubber Compounds (FRC), has announced that it has acquired LRP Solutions, also known as Linear Rubber Products. Linear Rubber Products is a company specialising in manufacturing and selling Agricultural Matting for animal comfort.

The purchase of LRP Solutions, currently based in Kenosha, Wisconsin, further impacts DRI Rubber’s focus on improving the rubber industry’s environmental footprint by expanding its sustainable, finished rubber goods division. The combination of LRP Solutions’ expertise in the matting world, aligned with DRI RUBBER’s extensive technical knowledge provides improved quality and performance to customers.

DRI Rubber can integrate its fibre-reinforcement technology and materials (FRC) while uniting the portfolios from both companies to offer a broader scope of products to the commercial, industrial, and agricultural markets. Currently, it offers the largest moulded mats for equine use, durable slat mats with a patent-pending fastening system, and a variety of commercial and industrial matting solutions.

DRI Rubber can leverage LRP Solutions’ existing brand identity and website, as part of its newly restructured finished goods division. DRI Rubber is in the process of unifying its website and product offering with LRP Solutions current catalogue. While the transition continues over the next several months, clients will receive the same high-quality products and service that they have come to expect. In other words, both DRI Rubber and LRP Solutions have embraced the mantra of “business as usual”.

LRP Solutions, which will continue to operate under that name, is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of DRI Rubber USA. From the 1st November 2019, all business will be consolidated into DRI Rubber’s USA Division in Coldwater, Ohio.
