Yatala, Queensland based A1 Rubber is looking to expand sales of its range of its Rotatub vertical wetpour mixers, particularly into overseas markets.
Overseas Markets the Next Step for A1 Rubber
Rubber wetpour is a combination of rubber crumb and polyurethane that when laid provides an impact-absorbing surface, suitable to many surfacing applications. Key benefits include high versatility, reduced site preparation, fast installation, low maintenance and a high degree of environmental friendliness.
The Rotatub, designed and manufactured by A1 Rubber, was created in order to address traditional mixer problems and provide a more professional vertical wetpour mixer. The Rotatub is available in two sizes, Rotatub 25 and Rotatub 50, to meet the demands of both small operators and large volume commercial operators for mixing rubber wetpour as well as expoxy sealants, resins and cementitious mortars. Custom requirements for truck mounting or extra-large capacity Rotatubs are available by request.
All Rotatubs meet Workplace Health and Safety requirements in Australia and come with a 12 Month Manufacturers Warranty. Key features include a unique polyethylene blade configuration as well as the machine’s self-cleaning capability.
A1 Rubber says it is able to supply the Rotatub internationally and is able to customise every unit to meet each country’s standards and requirements.
A1 Rubber is Australia’s largest manufacturer of recycled rubber products, producing in excess of 700 tonnes of finished product every month. The company specialises in five distinct areas of expertise, namely acoustic underlays, commercial flooring, playground surfacing, general and industrial matting and sports surface systems.
