This includes tyre collectors and reprocessors, tyre retreading companies, users of crumb rubber and shred, tyre dealers, retreaders, casing dealers, tyre balers, local government environmental departments, vehicle dismantlers and shredding companies, as well as manufacturers and distributors of machinery for the scrap tyre sector.
