Kuwait Faces New Tyre Dumping Issue
Amghara is home to numerous scrap yards and vehicle dismantlers.
The tyres are being dumped from vehicle scrapyards and other sources. The illegal operators dropping tyres off now sometimes set them on fire in an attempt to hide their crime.
It looks like Kuwait needs a better management system for its ELT.
