There is already a permanent collection center at Paseo de las Piedras 350 in the Residencial del Norte neighborhood, but now it is intended is to transform them into materials such as rubber crumb and recover textile and steel.

"Right now there is a company that has presented all its documentation to start working with suitable modern machinery, and hopefully it will be established in the course of this year," says Eglantina Canales.

She said that the organisation has already presented an environmental impact statement, where they have declared the stages of construction, operation and maintenance of their business.
