10) Agreeing to Automatic renewal does not affect your right to cancel your subscription at any time.
11) If you cancel your subscription within 30 days of order or renewal, a full refund will be given.
12) If a subscription is cancelled part way through a subscription term, other than during the 30-day period mentioned in point 11 above, then no refund will be given.
13) Should it not be possible to deliver to the requested address because of circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel the subscription. In such cases we will offer a full or partial refund on a pro-rata basis.
14) In the case of non-receipt of the magazine, replacement copies will be provided if the subscriber informs Retreading Business Ltd within 90 days of the published publication date of the issue in question.
