The Queretaro 2019 Conference takes place on November 13th and 14th November 2019 in Mexico.
Queretaro Conference Preparations Step Up
In the run-up to the conference, there will be a series of pre-event workshops on the 11th and 12th November, with a range of subjects for those involved in the rubber industry. Subjects are varied, from rubber to metal adhesion, through the footwear sector to pyrolysis and recycling, the latter covered by Martin von Wolfersdorff.
Esteban Friedenthal discusses the wide spectrum of rubbers and their requirements as used in the automotive industry – a sector that has to be of interest to the tyre recycling sector as automotive rubbers are an area of interest for recyclates in many forms.
One area where tyre recycling material has challenges in in utilising high silica car tyre rubber, here Alberto Ramperti will speak on “A mixing strategy for compounds containing silica”. This should give useful information for those trying to recycle higher silica compound car tyres.
